Distance Selling

Last updated: 2026-06-15

This page applies to bookings made on this website. If anything here is unclear, ask us before you book — we answer in English, German, Russian and Turkish, and we will confirm anything you need in writing.

This Distance Selling notice is provided under the Turkish Consumer Protection Law No. 6502 and its Distance Contracts Regulation, and reflects EU consumer-rights principles. It sets out who you are contracting with and your rights when you book a transfer remotely through this website.

1. Seller identity

Seller: Atalay Transfer, a private airport-transfer operator serving the Antalya region of Türkiye — Antalya, Side, Alanya, Belek, Kemer and the surrounding resorts. Contact: +90 536 603 75 84. Our registered address, tax number and MERSIS number are provided in writing on request: ask us before you book and we will send them to you.

2. Service, price and total

The service is a private airport transfer for the route, date, time, vehicle and passenger count you select. The total price is the fixed amount shown on the booking and confirmation, inclusive of applicable taxes. There are no hidden fees or extras beyond what is stated at booking.

3. Payment method

Payment is made in cash directly to the driver on the day of the transfer. No prepayment is collected and no card details are taken or stored when you book.

4. Right of withdrawal

Transfers are dated transport services to be performed on a specific date and time. Under Article 15 of the Distance Contracts Regulation (and the equivalent EU exception for transport services on a specific date), the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply to such bookings. This does not affect your free-cancellation right described in our Cancellation Policy, which is more generous: you may cancel free of charge and, since you pay the driver on the day, no prepayment is at risk.

5. Complaints and dispute resolution

For any complaint, contact Atalay Transfer at +90 536 603 75 84 and we will work to resolve it. As a consumer you may also apply to the District/Provincial Consumer Arbitration Committee (Tüketici Hakem Heyeti) or the Consumer Court at your place of residence, within the limits set by Law No. 6502.
